No Refund Policy

The short version: All subscription fees for Dubai Interview Master are final and non-refundable. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges, and you keep access until your current billing period ends. No prorated refunds are issued for partial periods.
All Payments Are Final
Every subscription payment is non-refundable and non-reversible once successfully charged. This covers both the Basic plan (₹999/month) and the Advanced plan (₹1,999/month), including any active or canceled-but-still-running billing cycle. You are billed in advance for each cycle and receive immediate access to all plan features upon payment.
Cancellation Stops Future Charges Only
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals — you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. You keep full access to your plan's features until the end of your current paid period, after which your account automatically reverts to the Free plan. Canceling does not generate a refund for the current or any prior period.
No Prorated Refunds
We do not issue prorated refunds for unused time within a billing cycle. If you cancel mid-cycle or upgrade/downgrade mid-cycle, no portion of any already-charged fee is returned or credited.
Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary outages, scheduled maintenance, AI provider delays, or third-party failures (including payment processors) do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Discretionary Exceptions
Any refund request will be reviewed at our sole discretion. Approved exceptions, if any, are granted as a one-time courtesy and do not create a precedent, policy change, or ongoing obligation. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
